SHOP RULES
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
The owner of the online store operating at the Internet address www.ledmar.com.pl is F.P.H Ledmar Marek Wasala with its registered office in Radom, at ul. Chodna 82, NIP No. 796-145-40-94, Regon no. 005116351, hereinafter referred to as the Seller's Regulations.
Purchases in the store may be made by an adult natural person, a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality. A customer who meets the requirements that wants to make a purchase is referred to below as the Buyer.
The subject of transactions carried out between the Seller and the Buyer are products currently in the offer of the online store, as well as products that do not appear in the shop's offer, and can be delivered to the Buyer by prior arrangement by email or in any other written form.
The seller reserves the right to change the offer at any time.
The prices of all products offered by the online store www.ledmar.com.pl are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and Euro (eur) and include VAT. The price is binding at the time the order is placed by the Buyer. The price does not include shipping costs, unless otherwise stated in the regulations or applicable promotions.
2. SUBMISSION
Placing orders in the online store www.ledmar.com.pl takes place through:

sending the order by e-mail to the address given in the Contact section
After placing the order in mode 1.a. of this paragraph, the Buyer will receive an e-mail containing confirmation of the transaction.
Orders placed in modes 1.b. And c. Are confirmed by the Seller in a manner adequate to the way of ordering.
In the case of insufficient data needed to start the process of order fulfillment, the Seller will contact the Buyer in order to complete the data. If the Buyer can not be contacted, the order will not be processed until the data is filled, provided that if the Buyer fails to contact the Seller within 5 working days or the Seller tries to contact the Buyer again, the order will be canceled. If the Buyer pays the amount for the ordered goods, it will be returned to the Buyer.
Once the Seller confirms the order and confirms the availability of the product by the store's service, a contract for the sale of the goods between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded.
3. FORMS OF PAYMENT

4. ORDER IMPLEMENTATION
Orders placed in accordance with §2 point 1 are carried out in accordance with the hours of the online store's work and hours of the Ledmar store, published on the website of the online store www.ledmar.com.pl
Realization of the order by mail order.
The order realization begins on the day of placing the order, if the product is available in stock and the order has been placed until 14.00. Normally, the order processing time counted from the moment of submission and confirmation of the order, and receipt by the online store www.ledmar.com.pl confirmation of payment for the order, until the shipment is postponed 48h.
The delivery time does not include the delivery of the parcel by courier or another messenger (indicatively from 24 to 48h).
An order consisting of several products whose delivery times vary with the time of shipment dispatch may be extended until the time of preparation for shipment of the product with the longest delivery deadline.
In the case of products that are not in the Seller's warehouse, the shipping time is extended by an average of about 4-5 business days.
Due to the stationary sale in the store, the current access of items should be confirmed by telephone or e-mail by the Buyer before making the purchase. If the Buyer's order can not be completed due to the unavailability of the ordered goods, the Buyer will be informed immediately.
If the product is temporarily unavailable, Ledmar will inform about the extended delivery time of the product unavailable; in this case, the time of its implementation changes.
If the product is not available at all, due to circumstances independent of www.ledmar.com.pl, the Buyer may place an order for another product from the store's offer or receive a refund of the price already paid. If you choose another product, the previously paid price for the product will not be properly settled and the Buyer will receive a refund of the price difference or pay the Seller the amount which is the missing part of the price of the newly selected product.
The buyer may make changes to the order until the document confirming the sale is issued. The buyer may withdraw the order in its entirety until it is sent. Introducing the above changes are possible by sending to the email address of the Seller relevant information (or via the contact form).
5. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Deliveries of products ordered in the online store www.ledmar.com.pl are carried out throughout the country and the European Union.
Receipt of a parcel from a courier company must be confirmed by a written receipt. At the moment of acknowledgment, the ownership of the goods and any risks related to ownership and use, in particular the risk of loss or damage, shall pass to the Buyer.
When collecting the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check whether the package does not have damage caused during transport and whether its content is consistent with the order
6. GUARANTEE
Products offered by the online store www.ledmar.com.pl are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's quality warranty, covering only manufacturing defects of products.
The seller also bears liability towards the Buyer under the warranty in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code and the Act on special terms of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code.
If the purchased product is covered by a longer warranty than in point 1, the Buyer will be notified by the Seller.
The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale resulting from the receipt or invoice.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage and improper use.
If the purchaser of the goods is not a consumer, the seller's liability under the warranty is excluded on the basis of art. 558 § 1 of the Civil Code. A natural person who performs a legal act not directly related to his business or professional activity is considered to be a consumer.
7. CUSTOMER REGISTRATION AND PRIVACY POLICY
The online store www.ledmar.com.pl allows customers to register on the website.
Registration allows the parties unlimited contact and facilitates entering into transactions without having to provide the data for delivery at each transaction and releases the Buyer from the necessity of additional confirmation of orders by phone or email.
Registration is tantamount to providing the data necessary for dispatch and a one-time confirmation of the fact of registration by clicking the link contained in the registration e-mail received.
The online store www.ledmar.com.pl does not sell and does not provide personal and address data to third parties.
Buyer's data received in the registration and ordering process is legally protected.
The Seller reserves the right to send information related only to the website www.ledmar.com.pl
8. RETURNS, COMPLAINTS
The buyer who is a consumer may resign from the purchased product in the mail order form in the online store www.ledmar.com.pl without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of delivery, by submitting an appropriate written statement to the Seller.
The return is possible when the goods have not been used or damaged in any way. Returned goods should be sent within 7 days of submitting the resignation to: Ledmar, ul.chłodna 82, 26-600 Radom with the inscription: "return".

The return of the amount due to the price of the goods will be transferred to the bank account indicated in the form of withdrawal from the contract by the Buyer.
In the case of an exchange of goods, the next shipment will be sent in accordance with the rules set out in point 3.
If, after receiving the goods, the Buyer finds technical defects or damage in it, i.e. ordered goods are not in accordance with the contract, they should be returned at their own expense together with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect / defect of the product. All complaints are considered within 14 days from their arrival. Complaints should be sent, through courier companies or deliver the goods in person after prior contact with the employee www.ledmar.com.pl. The seller does not accept postal items. The costs of delivery of the goods are covered by the Buyer.
Defective goods will be repaired or exchanged for another, wholesome, and if this is impossible (for example due to stock shortages), the seller will return the equivalent of the product price to the buyer or offer other goods available in the store to choose from.
In the event that the complaint is accepted by the Seller, the Buyer shall be entitled to the Seller's rights related to the notification of non-conformity of the goods with the contract, resulting from the Act on special terms of consumer sales and amendment of the Civil Code.
The buyer can not return the goods picked up in person at the Ledmar headquarters. In this case, an order made electronically is considered only for the reservation of goods for the customer, but the purchase of the goods takes place on the spot in the Seller's shop.
The goods purchased by the Buyer directly in the ledmar store, in the case of a complaint, must be returned to the store where it was picked up.
9. ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS
The information contained on the websites of the www.ledmar.com.pl online store does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, but an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of art. 71 of the Civil Code.
In contracts concluded between the Seller and the Buyer who is not a consumer, the Seller's liability for unintentional non-performance of the contract is excluded.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and generally applicable provisions regulating the sale of goods to the extent to which they apply to contracts concluded under these Regulations shall apply.
By placing an order, the Buyer accepts these Regulations.
Placing an order means at the same time the Buyer's consent to the collection, processing and use of data from the order by www.ledmar.com.pl for marketing, promotional, commercial and statistical purposes, in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (text uniform in the Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101, item 926 - as amended).
The buyer has the right to inspect their personal data and their corrections, as well as request their removal from the database. The buyer ensures that the data provided by him during placing the order is true and remains true. The Buyer is responsible for providing false personal data.
In exceptional cases, the deadline for filing complaints may be extended. All inquiries regarding the current status of the complaint, responses (by email) will be provided by the store's service.
10. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND RESERVATIONS
To browse and use the online store www.ledmar.com.pl it is necessary to have access to the Internet.
Using the store requires the configuration of a web browser that allows you to accept and use cookies.
The Seller reserves the right to temporarily suspend the functioning of the store and the right to other breaks in access to the store (in particular to the presented products), caused in particular by the need for maintenance, system repair or updating prices and descriptions presented in the store products.
11. FINAL PROVISIONS
These regulations enter into force on the day of placing them in the online store under the address www.ledmar.com.pl
These regulations are valid for an indefinite period.
www.ledmar.com.pl is not responsible for interruptions in access to the online store www.ledmar.com.pl as a result of technical problems, maintenance, inspections, exchanges, repairs, as well as other reasons independent of the store owner.
